Favorite Exercise - Arabesque. It will single handedly lift your seat, trim your waist and strengthen your upper back while improving your posture, not to mention, make you feel like a dancer the whole time 🙂

I started Bar and became addicted to the routine. I wanted to perfect it and completely understand all the exercises. Then, I fell in love with the results, it truly delivers a dancer’s body with longer, leaner muscles. Now years into my practice the formula seems is so simple, Routine = Results and class continues to challenge me everyday.

Favorite Exercise - Standing Seat is my absolute favorite Bar Method exercise because it’s deceptively simple but gets all the muscles required to keep my rear high and tight!!!

I‘ve been an active fitness enthusiast for over 30 years and I’ve never experienced a workout as effective and efficient as the Bar Method. I was hooked from my first class and I’m so excited to share the gift of The Bar Method with new and existing clients!

Favorite exercise: Pretzel. I feel like pretzel is something that I can continue to improve on each time I do it. I not only feel the burn in the corner of my seat, but I love the workout it gives your waist and obliques as well! One day I’ll be able to take every option in pretzel, every time!

I was strictly a cardio (running) and weights person until I “gave in” and tried Bar Method. I was hooked after my first month with the new client special. I’ve never seen change in my body like I have since I made Bar Method my main form of exercise. The increase in flexibility and stamina is amazing! My goal is to shake in each class I take, because I know that shaking = changing. You realize that there is always a way to challenge yourself to do something new in each class and you can leave each class with a wonderful sense of accomplishment!

Favorite Exercise - Standing seat, arabesque, pretzel . . . seat work is definitely my favorite section of class. I‘m usually at my shakiest by this point, but that’s why it‘s the best - you know you’re working every fiber in your body.

No matter how long you’ve been taking, you can always go lower. The combination of mental challenge and physical results is addicting - and effective!

Favorite Exercise - Round Back! Why? Round Back trims my thighs, gives me a killer ab burn, stretches my hamstrings, and strengthens my posture. It’s my secret weapon!

I love The Bar Method because it changed my life for the BEST! I became stronger, leaner, more flexible, and developed the most amazing family of friends! As a result, I made The Bar Method my career, my business, my passion -- my religion!

Favorite Exercise - Anything in a turn out position! Could be the former ballet dancer in me but whenever a teacher sets up any exercise turned out (high-wide diamond, wide second position, fold over or leg lifts turned out, etc.) I get very VERY excited like... ‘I’ve got this’!

The most obvious answer is that it has completely changed my body. And it has!!!! But it has also changed my life. I‘ve made amazing friends (even as a client!) and I’m a stronger person because of Bar Method...physically and mentally. I‘ve learned that there is nothing (no depth in thigh, no amount on push ups on my toes) that I can’t accomplish. And I love witnessing the moment when my clients learn that about themselves too (even at 6am!).

There are so many favorites to pick from but one of my favorite parts of class is round back/flat back. This portion of class requires so much control in many pivotal parts of your body, and I love that challenge. I enjoy feeling my abdominals turn on during this exercise and have really noticed a difference in my waist and obliques. I also love that it is a secret set of thigh and have enjoyed watching my leg get straighter, leaner, and more flexible.

I used to be an avid runner and exclusively stuck to cardio. My old roommate introduced me to bar method a few years ago, and I have been addicted ever since! I love that The Bar Method focuses on all key muscle groups in 60 minutes. I love that each muscle group is worked until exhaustion and then stretched to increase flexibility and repair the muscle closer to the bone for a leaner look. I love chasing the burn. If I’m not shaking, then I sink a little lower for the extra push and fire in my muscles. The method speaks for itself, and I see the results everyday.

Favorite Exercise - Curl. I have always loved ab work -- even back in the days of having someone kneel on my feet while I did situps during sports practices! -- but the Bar Method curl is so targeted and effective. I also like how making a tiny change like pulling your shoulders back half an inch makes a huge difference in how much you can feel the exercise.

I love Bar Method because it has made me stronger, both physically and mentally. I still vividly remember the first time I did 20 pushups on the balls of my feet. I had decided that I wanted to work up to it, and started with just doing a few on my feet. It took some time, but I finally got there. I felt such a huge sense of accomplishment -- I had to hold back a fist pump!

Favorite Exercise - Diagonal seat. A great balance between intense seat sculpting and fat burning.

I love the feeling in my body of being completely spent with nothing left after a very challenging class, and I love the results: a feminine yet strong body!

Favorite Exercise - Arabesque. It sculpts your glutes, waist, and core - simultaneously - AND you’re able to look at your posture and feel great about yourself at the same time.

I love Bar Method because it is testament to one’s fortitude. If you will yourself to do something and dedicate your mind and body wholly, you will be able to achieve your goal.

Favorite Exercise - It’s a tie between pushups on my toes and pretzel. I love the exhausting but powerful feeling of being able to do up to 50 pushups on my toes in an hour! In pretzel, feeling the catch in the corner of your seat and knowing with every movement you are changing your body is the best!

I love The Bar Method because it gives me the ability to grow stronger, leaner and more flexible with each set and each class I take!

Favorite Exercise - Arabesque; it reminds me of my many years taking ballet, plus it is killer! It works so many muscle groups at once all while making you feel graceful.
